Unfortunately, due to liquor licensing we are unable to supply the alcohol. However, we do carry a Liquor Liability Insurance. We are more than welcome to provide this to any Venue upon request. 

With that being said, our client will have to provide all alcohol for event. By hiring Tappy Tuxedo, it is our goal to make your bartending service budget friendly! We provide each client a full, detailed list of what to purchase.

What is your service area and what is your payment and refund policy?

We are located in Temple, TX and service all of Central Texas. We are willing to travel and always down for a road trip! If you are not local, please reach out to discuss!

We require a 50% to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your event. If you book less than 14 days in advance, full payment is due at time of booking. In the event that you have to cancel your event, you will need to notify Tappy Tuxedo, Mobile Bar Co. at least 30 days before event date to receive 50% refund. If client is unable to notify Tappy Tuxedo, Mobile Bar Co. at least 30 days before event date, no refund will be issued.

How far in advance do we need to book and what arrangement requirements are there for our venue?

Dates during peak season book well in advance; however, cancellations can happen. Therefore, reach out to us to check availability. We highly recommend booking early to avoid the wait list.

We have partnered with many local venues and know exactly what to expect each time. However, if your event is not at one of our partner locations, we may require a site visit prior to booking to make sure we have feasible access to set up and breakdown.
